Refund policy

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Starting a Return:

To start a return, contact us at info@tedshop.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package along with a return shipping address. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).

- Custom products (special orders or personalised items).

- Personal care goods (beauty products).

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@tedshop.co.uk.

 Eligibility for Refund: Important Notice:

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Do NOT send returns to the sender address listed on the package, as it is not our designated return address. Sending items to the wrong address will make you ineligible for a refund.

Items must be shipped back to our warehouse with a corresponding tracking code. Failing to do so may result in non-processing of your return.

Ensure that only Tedshop items are included in the return package. We are not responsible for returning any non Tedshop items mistakenly included.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Tedshop is not liable for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence, including refusal of shipment confirmation, not using a traceable shipping method, or providing incorrect recipient information (such as address, contact number, or recipient name). In such cases, we will be unable to issue a refund.
